My Story- Madison Schott
I always grew up loving math. I was that student that stayed after class with her Calculus teacher multiple days a week, trying to understand the problems. This led me to study mathematical finance in college and land a job in data engineering.

I’ve always loved to write and teach others. Whether it was teaching sewing (another passion of mine), tutoring math, or giving presentations on social media, I was always trying to share my knowledge with others.
Later, I discovered the career of analytics engineering and began writing about what I was learning. I didn’t want to read articles full of technical jargon that I couldn’t understand. I wanted to read how to do something in the easiest, simplest way possible. So I began doing just that with my writing, for others.
Now, I’m helping companies translate technical concepts about the modern data stack and analytics engineering to their users.
Looking for a technical writer? If your company needs someone to write content for their blog regarding data-related concepts, feel free to send me an email. Let’s work together and make technical concepts easy for everyone to understand!
